About Our Beer
What's Brewing
Our beer-making processes are unique in the sense of size, malt, and hop selection. At such a small scale we have the ability to source grain and hops at the micro-level allowing us to “play” with different styles and techniques. We can source unique ingredients, and keep our batches small allowing us to individualize our beer. Take a look in our brewhouse area as we welcome guests to browse and share their stories.
